Mr. Lynch is one of the co-founders of Global Lead Management Consulting. He has over 25 years of consulting experience focusing on strategic planning, and diversity and inclusion. He is responsible for training and development for Global Lead, which includes overseeing all training operations, the train-the-trainer process, and developing targeted training solutions.

Mr. Lynch holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Cincinnati. He is a certified trainer in HBDI, Social Styles, DiSC, Diversity and Inclusion, and Preventing Sexual Harassment trainings. Currently he serves on the board of the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati, Boy Scouts of America; Advisor to the Society for the Advancement of Reforming Felons (SARF); and was formerly a registered representative of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and on the boards of Bank One, WCET and the Community Chest.
