Nicole M. Bell is the Executive Director of The Presidents’ Council Foundation. Nicole joined The President’ Council & The Presidents’ Council Foundation in 2008 as the Director of Programs and was appointed Executive Director of The Presidents’ Council Foundation in August 2011.
As Executive Director, Nicole oversees the day-to-day operations of The Presidents’ Council Foundation, which includes fundraising, communications, program management and event planning. In addition, Nicole is the Network Administrator for BYPO, a network of YPO, where she oversees the event planning and communications of the network.
Prior to joining The Presidents’ Council, Nicole served as a staffing manager and recruiter with a national staffing company, where she placed top administrative and management professionals with various Northeast Ohio companies. She began her career as a sales manager with a national retail department store, where she managed a team of 11 and was named Manager of the Year.
An Ohio native, Nicole earned her Master’s in Business Administration at Cleveland State University, focusing her studies on human resources and management and her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in marketing and management from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is active in several community organizations including, Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, YNPN, and Baldwin-Wallace College’s Women’s Club as well as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. In 2011, Nicole was named one of Kaleidoscope Magazine’s 40-40 Club, 40 of Cleveland’s most influential African American professionals under the age of 40.
