Josie Bell Lindsay is President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell & Lindsay, Inc. During her professional career of over 20 years in the consulting and training arena, she has focused on organizational development, the human side of technology, executive coaching, change management and team development, among other specialties.

Before her consulting career began, Lindsay held a management position at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Northeast Ohio. She earned a Masters of Science in Organizational Development and Analysis from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She is a graduate of Leadership Cleveland and Leadership America. Lindsay has received numerous awards for her extensive professional and community work, including the Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of Ohio.
