Gwenay S. Reaze-Coniglio is the President of The Coniglio Company, which developed from a small private general contractor serving the Cleveland market in 1997 to a regional general contracting and specialty trade contractor completing projects in six (6) states throughout the Midwest and East Regions in the private, public and federal government sectors, as an 8(a), HUBZone and SDB certified company. The Coniglio Company has grown from three (3) employees to over twenty-five (25) tradespeople, management and staff over the last ten (10) years. Ms. Reaze-Coniglio is an alumni of The Presidents Council Emerging Entrepreneurs program, a member of the National Association Of Women In Construction (NAWIC), a member of the Northern Ohio Minority Business Council (NOMBC), a member of the Nevada Minority Business Council (NVMBC), a participant of the ACE Mentoring Program for inner-city high school students interested in Architecture, Construction and Engineering, as well as, other economic development initiatives with the City Of Cleveland, the Cleveland Municipal School District and associated agencies in Northeast Ohio. She is currently working with Habitat For Humanity – Women Build in Akron, Ohio constructing a home with all women trades.

 Ms. Reaze-Coniglio has recently been featured in Black Enterprise Magazine (April, 2008), The Cleveland Plain Dealer (10/29/07), Kaleidoscope Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list, Entrpreneur.com and Cleveland.com. She recently secured an Associate Construction Management contract with Gilbane Building Company for the new, $212M Ireland Cancer Center at the University Hospitals Case Medical Center Campus in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as, the $134M Cleveland Museum of Art Phase II construction with the Panzica/ Gilbane, Joint Venture construction management team. Through her continuous efforts in business development, sound operational strategies and an increased bonding capacity, she has positioned The Coniglio Company for significant growth over the next five (5) years.
