Darrell McNair is President/CEO of Nescor Plastics Corporation, a certified minority automotive custom injection molder, specializing in automotive interior plastics components. The next time you sit in your car and you touch your air conditioner outlet, ashtray, door handle or cup holder, it may be a part that Nescor has produced.

Prior to Nescor, Darrell’s professional achievements included marketing and financial positions at Fortune 10 corporations like IBM and Ford and entrepreneurial ventures ranging from medical supplies, and health care services, to construction and shipping.

Darrell received his Bachelors degree from Kent State University and his Masters of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College.

Darrell keeps a full schedule with his active participation on several Boards and Committees of various civic and community organizations. Darrell is a firm believer that, “In order to receive, you must give of your time and service”.

Darrell is married and has two children. He is a native of Ohio, and while spending a significant portion of his childhood and early adult life living in other states, he always seems to end up in Northeast Ohio. Darrell’s hobbies include golfing, swimming, traveling, officiating high school wrestling, and spending time with his family.

Darrell believes in hard work, honesty, discipline, and integrity. If we employ these principles, the sky becomes our limit.
